Day: 1 Transfer to Gangtok |
Meet you at Bagdogra and after doing formalities we will drive you to Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim is located on a ridge at a height of 5500 feet. With a spectacular view of the Kanchenjunga, The town provides the perfect base for travel through the state.
On arrival check in at the hotel. Evening free. Overnight stay.

Day: 2 Gangtok Sightseeing |
The morning after breakfast we will go for a full-day excursion to -
Tsongo Lake: At an altitude of 12,400 ft, the ethereally beautiful Tsomgo Lake is a must on every visitor's itinerary. A winding road through rugged mountain terrain and sharp cliffs takes you to Tsomgo. The lake derives its water from the melting snows of the mountains surrounding the lake.
New Baba Mandir: This “mandir” or shrine is dedicated to “Baba” Harbhajan Singh, who was a soldier of the Indian Army. However, for the tourists’ convenience, the samadhi of Baba Harbhajan Singh has been reconstructed and this shrine is popularly recognized by tourists as New Baba Mandir.
An optional tour to Nathula pass can also be arranged ( Mon, Tues closed) with 30days advance request at an additional cost-
Nathula Pass: At an altitude of 14450 ft, the road to Nathula passes through the Tsomgo lake and it is 17 km from the lake. Tourists are allowed to go close to the international border from where you can see Chinese soldiers on the other side of the barbed wire.
Afternoon back to the hotel. Free evening. Overnight stay.

Day: 3 Transfer to Lachen |
In the morning get transferred to Lachen. Lachen is settled at an elevation of 2750 meters, amid a humungous hill range. It is home to a sprawling biodiversity which makes it pleasing.
En route to Lachen, you will visit Mangan, Seven sister waterfalls, Vimnala waterfalls, and Chungthang confluence. On reaching Lachen, check in at your hotel and relax.

Day: 4 Lachen Sightseeing |
Morning drive to Gurudongmar Lake, 66km in 3hrs. - The Lake is perched at an elevation of 17100 feet and is counted as one of the highest lakes of the world. Besides its splendid beauty, Gurudongmar Lake is considered holy by the followers of Buddhism and Hinduism. Enroute visit Thangu and Chopta valley. To experience the Scenic view of Lachen. Back to the hotel for lunch.
Lachen to Lachung, 50 km in 2.5 hours, Post lunch drive to Lachung, at an altitude of 9600 ft, has been regarded as the “Most Picturesque Village of Sikkim”.
Monastery, apple orchard and river streams are some of their striking features. Overnight stay in Lachung- Hotel.

Day: 5 Lachung Sightseeing |
Morning we will visit -
Yumthang Valley: Early morning drive to Yumthang, (25 km/1.5 hrs) situated at a height of 11800 feet is popularly known as the 'Valley of Flowers'. It is a paradise for nature lovers with a fascinating blend of flora and fauna and breathtaking scenic beauty.
Yumesamdong / Zero point (Optional With additional cost): Situated further up at a distance of 16 km, at an altitude of about 16,000 feet is Yumesamdong. The rugged vegetation-free mountains, especially in the winter over here present a breathtaking scenario.
Back to your hotel.
Lachung - Gangtok (120kms in 5hrs)
Later get transferred to Gangtok. The view of the Himalayan mountain range and Kanchenjunga Peak is visible throughout the route, on a clear day.

Day: 6 Transfer to Pelling |
Post breakfast we will drive you to Pelling 1,900 m (6,250 ft). The town of Pelling in West Sikkim is famous for its magnificent views of the snow-capped mountains of Kanchenjunga and its ranges it has a rich history, natural environment and local culture.
On arrival check in at the hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay at Pelling.

Day: 7 Pelling Sightseeing |
Post breakfast you will visit Pemayangtse Monastery - The monastery is built with a scenic backdrop of snow-capped mountains on two sides. The monastery depicts paintings on its walls and statues of saints and Rinpoches.
Rabdentse Ruins – From Pemayangtse Monastery, the walk towards Rabdantse is through a forest area with some rare species of orchids and a few lakes.
SangaChoeling Monastery - It is one of the oldest monasteries in the Northeast Indian state of Sikkim. Located on the top of a high ridge opposite Pemayangtse Monastery.
Chenrezig statue and Skywalk Bridge -The Chenrezig statue at Pelling is the fourth tallest statue located in Sikkim. It has a height of 137 ft. Along with the statue, there is a glass skywalk where tourists can enjoy the thrill of walking in the glass.
Next visit Kanchenjungha waterfalls - It is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Sikkim and is normally active throughout the year.
Rimbi Waterfalls – Another beautiful waterfall. Adjacent to the falls is the Karchen hydroelectricity powerhouse. It is the oldest in west Sikkim being constructed in the early 70s.
Khecheopalri Lake - originally known as Kha-Chot-Palri (meaning the heaven of Padmasambhava), is a sacred Lake for both Buddhists and Hindus, which is believed to be a wish-fulfilling lake.

Day: 8 Transfer to Darjeeling |
Post breakfast transfer to Darjeeling, Queen of India's hill stations. Its setting is one of incomparable beauty. It is surrounded by fragrant tea gardens which seem to flow over the layered slopes like emerald swells on a rough sea. Overnight hotel – Darjeeling.

Day: 9 Darjeeling Sightseeing |
Early morning start your day with the visit of Tiger Hill viewpoint, Situated at an altitude of 2590 metres (8482 ft.). This spot has earned international fame for the magnificent view of the sunrise over "Kanchenjunga" and the great Eastern Himalayan Mountains.
Post-breakfast visit –
Himalayan Mountaineering Institute: The HMI was set up following the successful ascent of Mount Everest by the local hero Tenzing Norgay Sherpa and Sir Edmund Hillary. The institute is presently under the purview of the Ministry of Defence, Government of India and its museum is worth a visit.
Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park: It is a high-altitude wildlife park and new home for the Siberian Tiger, Himalayan Black Bear, Deer, Red Panda, Snow Leopard and Birds.
Tenzing and GombuRock: Two gigantic natural rocks in Darjeeling, Opposite to each other is one of the prime attractions of Darjeeling.
Chowrasta & Mall: Here people gather to chat, spend time basking in the sun or just to snatch a moment of peace. From Chowrasta take a charming stroll at the Darjeeling Mall. Chowrasta is the central place of the Mall Road.
Also, visit the Peace Pagoda and Japanese temple: According to the Lotus Sutra, the very appearance of the Peace Pagoda is an embodiment of Lord Buddha that radiates peace and non-violence. Ropeway - For incomparable views of Darjeeling and its alpine ambience, the Darjeeling Ropeway offers the most striking sights of the township, all through the bird’s eye view amidst the clouds. It gives you a feeling of flying over lush verdant valleys.

Day: 10 Transfer to Bagdogra/NJP |
Transfer to Bagdogra airport/IXB to board the flight/Train for onward destination. The tour ends with sweet memories.
